Option 01
Oestrogen-only therapy
For women without a uterus. Effective against hot flushes, night sweats, vaginal dryness and disrupted sleep.
Option 02
Combined oestrogen and progesterone
For women with a uterus. Progesterone protects the endometrium, given as micronised progesterone, sequential or continuous.
Option 03
Topical or vaginal oestrogen
Local treatment for vaginal dryness, irritation and recurrent urinary symptoms, with very low systemic absorption.
Option 04
Testosterone, where indicated
Added carefully for women with persistent low energy or low libido after oestrogen has been optimised.
